Shipping Information:
While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minimum of 24-48 business hours to process and ship your order depending on the payment options you picked. If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email.
We ship via USPS.
- All deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address.
- Please double check your shipping delivery address. The customer is responsible for any misinformation they type into the order.
- Jazzy-Jewels.com is not responsible for loss of stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
- If a package is refused a 25% restocking fee will be charged on the total of the merchandise.
- Our shipping calculator does not cover all scenarios such as APO/FPO addresses and international shipments. If there are any issues concerning your shipment, we will notify you. If you have any concern or special needs (APO/FPO, discounts), please Contact Us.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
- We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
- No returns and exchanges will be accepted without an "RMA" # (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Information Required to Request a Returns Authorization ("RMA") or Exchange:
- To request a Returns Authorization, you will need to provide the following information:

Exchange Product Code: (This code can be located when you add an item to your shopping cart - JJXXXXXX)

- After the Returns or Exchange Authorization is approved and you have obtained the Return or Exchange Authorization number, please return the product with the Return or Exchange Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box to:

Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment and must be returned in the original or re-saleable condition.

Returns and Exchanges must be received within 10 days of an RMA # being issued. Items returned post-marked after 10 days of receiving your RMA will not be accepted and returned. Goods shall not be considered accepted for return until we have received, inspected and approved the returned item at our place of business. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
- Defective items are eligible for Money Back.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to new shipping charges.
Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Jazzy-Jewels.
Products Returned Without a Valid Returns Authorization:
- Products not authorized for return are defined as "overgoods." These goods may be returned to you at your expense or Jazzy-Jewels may, in its sole discretion, issue a credit for the current price or the cost of goods less a 15 percent handling fee. Jazzy-Jewels will not be responsible for any loss or damage to overgoods.
Discontinued/Obsolete Products are not eligible for returns.
- Once your return is received, it will be processed with 10 business days and your account credited within 15 business days of receiving the package.
- If your purchase entitled you to free shipping and your returns drop the total below the threshold, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
